How to Install Capture One Express instead Pro version
Hello,
I have an issue to transit from Pro version to Express after trial period with Pro.
After 30 days trial was over, I visited you web page, loaded Express version, and while unpacking and registering there was a message to deactivate one of my computers. Special link how deactivate is not working - knowledge page is not available any more.
I have got Mac 11.5.2, if it is a matter.
Plese assist.

The difference between the trial version of Capture One and the Express version is the license code you enter. When you launch Capture One does it give you the option of entering a license code? If so enter the License code for the Express version and start editing.
You may need to Deactivate your current license, first. That would be done using the Deactivate button. If Capture One isn't showing you license info select License... under the Capture One menu. Then click on the Deactivate button. That will deactivate the trial version from your machine. I think Capture One quits when you do that.
Launch Capture One again. Enter the License code for the Express version. Start editing.
That assumes you have a license code for the express version. If not you'll have to ask the folks at Capture One how to get one. It also assumes that the Capture One application will let you select the License option when an expired trial license is still active. I've never done that and am not sure exactly what the application will do.

If you are unable to deactivate from the application you can log into your C1 account, go into License management and deactivate from there.
Do you already have a license code for the Express version you wish to run? (Sony or Fuji - different license required to activate the single manufacturer special free versions.)
If so, simply restart C1 and activate the Express version using that license/activation code.
If not, obtain a code and then use it to activate C1.
