I have my License Key for Capture 21 to install into my Capture One 21 trial version

    Mark,

    De-activate your trial license.

    Re-start C1 and enter your product key when prompted.

    My heart goes out to you. What I thought would be a routine method to update from trial version to full version is a freaking nightmare. I followed SFA's advice and thought I was on my way to getting this update done...but NO! The software says an error has occurred and please try later." Geez...

    David,

    It is possible that the server (or some link to it) is not currently available for a period of maintenance or some other issue. 

    I checked a few things n my account a few minutes ago and had no problem connecting  - but that is not necessarily the same thing as trying to activate from within the application.

    However, earlier today I was unable to access an online banking facility from my PC (it worked via their mobile app but that would be a different connection) until I opened a Private Window in the browser. 

    It's not a problem I have had before. I verified the information I needed and went on to other tasks. I have just tried it again with the same result. I suspect that I may need to clear the saved cookies for that site before another test is undertaken. Something to look at tomorrow.
