New Release 14.4.1 is NOT loading the program

I just installed the updated release 14.4.1 but the software won't even start. I also reinstalled the release 14.3.6 but the program did work either. Anyone had similar experience?

    I wasn't able to read some EIPs from a photographer who had a newer version of capture than me. So I tried to upgrade CO21 to the newest version. Capture wouldn't open, so I went through everything I could find on the internet. 

    I did all of this:

    I reset the permissions on my machine to make sure there wasn't any missed security things, then allowed CO21 to have full disk permissions. 

    Still nothing.

    I really need CO21 running, it's a big part of my workflow. Please Internet Gods help me haha

    Hey Steve!! I figured it out! 

    This worked for me: Do the full uninstall, download the newest version re-install. DO NOT OPEN THE PROGRAM.

    Go to System + Privacy >security>accessibility Click the + and add Capture One to it. 
    Next do the same for Full Disk Access.

    Now open capture one and hopefully it works for you. Idk what apple did, but it needed so permission to open for me.
