Unable to Edit with Photoshop

I updated to the latest version of capture one 21 on Monday October 25th 2021. After I updated I have been unable to open my capture one files I photoshop. It appears it will proceed, glitch and the psd file will be in capture one, however it does not open photoshop. 

Can anyone help me with this issue?
