Can't activate capture One 12

I had the bad luck to have both my desktop and my laptop die on me within a week. Both had an activated copy of Capture One 12. Today I received a new desktop and copied all my programs and data from a backup disk onto it. But I can't activate Capture one because the maximum of activations is reached.
If I remember correctly there is a way to de-activate a computer from the web when logged into the Capture one site. But It's been a few years since I used that function and I can't find it anymore.
