"Unable to establish connection to Capture One activation server"
I get this message every time I try to get my paid license activated. Here is the "diagnostics" generated after the attempt fails.

Check 04: OK
Check 05: 236
Check 06: success
Anyone have this issue before? What do I need to do? Thanks.

Have you had a trial license previously activated?
Did you de-activate it before attempting to activate the purchased license?

It sounds like you have followed the correct steps.
The error diagnostics that I have seen (some time ago) usually had a "Failed" line.
I seem to vaguely remember that a Windows update was at least part of the problem, temporarily but I might be thinking of 2 different but similar issues about server connectivity.
