Von Probeabo auf eigene Lizenz

Hallo,

ich habe mir eine Probeabo von Capture One Pro 21. Jetzt habe ich mir eine dauerhafte Lizenz mit Upgrade auf Capture One 22 gekauft und einenOnline Key erhalten. Leider gelingt es mir nicht, das Probe-Abo in eine Vollversion umzuwandeln. Kann mir da jemand helfen?

    The V22 License key should be usable to activate V21 until you have the V22 release.

    However, you will need to de-activate the Trial license. There should be NO NEED to uninstall and reinstall the software at this time.

    Support Article. There are some sections you will NOT need to follow. Only the deactivation, restart of C1 and then reactivation with the new key should be necessary. Deactivation can be achieved through the Capture One application or by login to your account and use of the License Management administrative facilities
