show in UI if a tool has modified sliders (or if Layers exist)
At present, if the Layers tool is minimized so that i see only the tool name ("Layers") then its impossible to know if Layers exist.
Likewise, if any tool is toggled so that only the tool name is shown, but no sliders, then I don't know at all if sliders have already been modified.
The * symbol is often used in other applications to mark modifications. It would be very helpful if every tool that has modified sliders or settings, can have the * behind the tool name.
Especially for Layers that would be helpful.
If I see " Layers " I will know there are NO existing Layers.
If I see " Layers* " I will know that the image has Layers.
That can be a simple helpful UI enhancement
