    Armando,

    It sounds like you have accidentally ordered a subscription license.  Or something has gone wrong in the order processing and the wrong license has been processed.

    You should be able to "return" that as it is unused.

    From that article:

    Any purchase can be canceled in the following cases:

    • The license key was never activated for any reason. 
    • Duplicate order (Refund is not guaranteed if both keys were used).

    I would guess that you can make the cancellation using the order management in your account and that should create a credit for the purchase.

    When you contacted Support did you use the "Submit a request" feature in the Community pages and choose the Order Processing subject rather than Technical Support?

     

    You probably want to select the "Refund and cancellation"   Request Type on the Request creation page.

     

    This is mainly a User to User forum so there may not be many users active in here with direct experience of your specific situation.
