    Thanks Shane, I tried  this 4 times before I posted (with two different addresses )with no success.

    When you downloaded the free trial did you create a new Capture One Account or did you use an existing account set up previously?

    Did you get a message with details of the Activation code you need to use to activate the trial?

    This is a User to User forum.

    If you need to contact Capture One Support use the "Submit a request" link and choose the category of request for which you need assistance.
