Problem Activating Free Trial
Hello, I am extremely frustrated by my inability to activate the free trial. I get to a page where it asks for a Profile Passport. What is this? I have tried using my e-mail and password but it does not accept it. Also,I can't find how to contact customer support customer. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

When you downloaded the free trial did you create a new Capture One Account or did you use an existing account set up previously?
Did you get a message with details of the Activation code you need to use to activate the trial?
