I own Capture One 2020 for Sony and have a new computer, how do I download it again?

Hi There

I'm using a new laptop and want to add my paid for copy of Capture One 2020 (for Sony). But when I go to my account and go to the store I get a 404. As if the product has been removed?

Please help.

    IMPORTANT: From January 18th, we will no longer offer versions of Capture One that are limited to supporting only one camera brand. Instead, we will simply offer Capture One Pro, which includes support for all camera brands.

    Hmm. That's clever of them... It's like they have gone out of their way to annoy customers.

    You pay for a license key that allows you to own the software, but you can't activate it online if you buy a new laptop as the new business model has disabled access to the PhaseOne account that provides the activation key (I paid for) whilst they push you towards a new subscription model.

    I get the 'it's what everyone is doing' point, but I already pay for the full Adobe suite and just use Capture One for tethering and pre editing manipulation. 

    I'm sat here thinking that they may have lost another customer... Or in other words I don't want to pay for something again that I already own and can license more than once or different machines as they state here: https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002734558-How-many-computers-can-I-install-Capture-One-on-

    This feels like one of those moments where you investigate other workflow options...

    If you want to download an older version (i.e. V20) go to the download page, scroll down the page and you should see a link for older versions.

    Open that link and continue to scroll down the page if you need to and you should be able to find a link to download the last released version of V20.

    Ok. This is filed under user error!

    ~ I have two accounts...

    I have been fighting with my license key and getting a message suggesting that my license had been deactivated. Plus was being prompted to go to PhaseOne via the app to get anther key in order to activate offline - but that site has been taken down. Quite the frustrating loop.

    But! It seems my trial was with one email address and my paid license was with another - both trail and paid had identical looking keys. 

    My error was that I had searched my inbox for 'Capture One key' and not spotted that I had two. 

    D'oh! Apologies for being frustrated.
