They deactivated my 5 month old Capture One License

Permanently deleted user

In December 2021 I've bought a Capture One License

 

Now I startet Capture One and it says may License is not valid???

What is going on???

    On that page I shall pay 200€+ to use my 4 month old already purchased and paid Capture One License?

    Is there a possibility to get my money back from Capture One because they disabled my already paid software?

    I did that, but until yet o answer

     

    And in their "Upgrade Path" on their side, there is no such a choice and because this is a Capture One forum I can ask it here as well.

     

    Is there somebody else with this problem?
