Sign-In Required?
I installed Capture One 22 Pro last week, and I am using a MacBook Pro with MacOS Monterey. When I click on the Capture One icon Capture One opens, then I get a message saying "to use this version of Capture One I must sign in". It happens every time I open the program, and this never happened before.

I forgot to add that have a perpetual license, and the app shows as registered.

I've got exactly the same problem (iMac, macOS Monterey 12.4, Capture One 22 Pro). Maybe a bug of Capture One 15.3 (?)

That is the only thing I can conclude. I've contacted support, but they are no help. I know they are incredibly busy, but this is really frustrating.

> Thomas Coulter: every time I open the program
Is information at link https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002414758-Why-does-Capture-One-ask-for-activation-every-single-time-I-launch-the-software-macOS-only- relevant?

No, neither of those suggestions made a difference.

Hi. Same happened to me. What seems to be working so far: I deactivated the license, restarted the app and put the license key in again.
(Catalogue was left intact. No harm done. Just don't choose any of the 2 options when it asks whether to use sample images or search for them on the computer.)
