Capture One 2022 (Express for Sony) Not Working at All

    C1 Express was discontinued and you should've received an email with a coupon for the free upgrade to Pro.  You might double check your spam folder to see if it got caught in that.  I'm not sure if they built in a shutdown after discontinuing Express or not.

    They did not - and they were clear about it:

    IMPORTANT: From January 18th, we are no longer offering versions of Capture One that are limited to supporting only one camera brand. Instead, we simply offer Capture One Pro, which includes support for all camera brands.

    All existing versions of Capture One will continue to work as it is.

    I must say, I'm a bit confused about the availability of Express. Although I recall the emails explaining that Express will be discontinued from 18-Jan, whenever you checked the website it appeared to be available. Right now only Express for Fujifilm seems to be available, but I'm fairly certain that Nikon and/or Sony also were at various times since 18-Jan.

    Yep - so as long as you download the new software, your key should work as it's always worked. I was also confused about the Fujufilm.

    Either way the Capture One 2022 still crashes after I put in my license key. I cannot access it. I have had my company IT trying to figure out why the past few days and still cannot access.
