Cannot activate Capture One Pro

    Hello Diane. I can see that your request has been taken care of by our support team and everything is on track now :)

    The Express version can be activated on one PC only:

    So to run C1 on the laptop you first have to disable the license on the PC and vice versa.

    Thanks for your reply but I was trying to download the C1 Pro version on a second computer not reinstall the Express version that I had already deactivated. However,  for some reason only the Express version was downloaded and installed and I get the message that "the current licence belongs to another user account". I deactivated the express licence before buying the Pro version and now I cannot get past this message  to use the Pro licence key. As I said I have already activated one version of C1 Pro without problems and have 2 outstanding activations available to me.

    I only have one account and so cannot understand why I get this messageabout another user account..

    Ok, then I misunderstood you but not sure if I get you right now. But well if you say the installation reports as Express version, then you must have entered the wrong license code. There is only one download for all versions and the license key determines which version and features are activated. Anything seems to be wrong with the key you are using.
    In your Capture One account under License Management you can see the correct license key and the number of activations.
