how to get old workspaces

FirstName LastName

Sick of capture one doing this, using a standard layout when you upgrade - they should have an option to load your workspaces, complicated enough as it is. Mines is not under "window" anymore, see attached photo. Help

    Looks like you're missing a bunch of items in the Window menu. Maybe try to completely wipe the v23 install and reinstall it?

    I'm on a Mac but Windows should be the same. This is what I have in the Window menu and despite workspace reset, I'm able to restore my custom saved workspace:

    That looks as if you have entered a wrong license key and thus are on a trial version

    Okular, I'm on the v23 trial version and I see the full menu. But maybe @nameless user has an Express license? That could be restricted.

    Ah, good find! Yup, it's right in the second row of that comparison table:
    "Customize your workspaces, tools and tool tabs" is not supported in the Express version. That must be it.
