Annual Subscription (offline use) and Reduced price

Hello, So I have two questions, Firstly, I’m considering to buy the reduced price of annual subscription. If I pay the reduced price, will it be the same next year or it will be increased back to its normal price? Secondly, if I proceed to buy the annual subscription, will I be able to use Capture One when on location without an internet connection? Thanks

  The reduced price is just for the first year - there's some info on the Black Friday page.

  With the subscription and being online, every so often, you'll need to be online for the software to be verified and there's some info here - https://support.captureone.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013384657-Your-subscription-has-not-been-verified-in-the-last-30-days.
