Asking for payment.
When opening my software, I'm being asked to purchase it. I believe I've already purchased it.

Are you sure this isn't the Resource Hub (pop up window after you open the app or sign in for the first time)? If your key is invalid you won't be able to access Capture One.

Have your license key to hand as you'll need that to reactivate Capture One when you restart the application.
You can also run a clean install if you find it easier to follow the 'turn it off and turn it on again' approach. :)

I am having the same problem. I cannot access the deactivation because the software wont let me in. Online also wont even show me that part of the menu and reports that I am a member since January 2023. I purchased the software and signed up in 2022.
