Right-click context menus gone, in full screen

I just encountered some strange behavior.  My right click no longer brings up contextual menus, WHEN I CLICK ON AN ACTIVE pic and in fullscreen mode.  For instance, I CANNOT bring up aspect ratios with the crop tool or brush settings, while in fullscreen mode.

When I'm in fullscreen, right clicks DO work on the thumbnails to do things like change ratings or tags.  Right clicks also work on the background color area to change black, gray, white, etc.

I was on version 15.4.1.7 when this happened earlier today, but upgraded to 15.4.3.  I thought this fixed it, but that's when I realized it works correctly when the C1 window is large, but not full screen.  This at least enables me to work around this issue, but as I do like seeing the big picture (pun intended) it's pretty annoying.  

I'm on an Intel iMac running OS 13.1

    Issue solved my C1 support :-)

    Apparently there is an issue with assigning C1 to a certain window, so when I changed it from "this desktop" to "none" the behavior went back to normal.
