Issue solved my C1 support :-)Apparently there is an issue with assigning C1 to a certain window, so when I changed it from "this desktop" to "none" the behavior went back to normal.

I had the same problem in 13.1 on my Mac. Reported the problem. Had to downgrade to 13.0 and had a booger of a time doing that, till someone on this forum helped me! Upgraded to 13.1.1 yesterday ...
