For testing, are you able to import one of those images directly into Capture One? Can you tell us more about the RAW files, type/model camera, yes/no converted to DNG.

Do you have a Mac or Windows PC?In the AppStore for the iPad you can find apps like Duet that make you iPad a screen to your Mac. Have not looked much into it, so maybe someone else can chime in.
