I you remove an image from within Capture One, it will remove those supporting files automatically for you as well.

There is an alignment bug here. On CO7/Mac all 3 sharpening sliders are available in adjustment layers. On Windows this is limited to the amount slider only, like in CO 6.I reported this already. H...
