Login to the Phase One web site, go to License Management and deactivate your license key. You will receive the default activations for that key, that is 2 for the standard/LE license, 5 for Pro.

My opinion: Best to save JPEG and RAW (from a JPEG + RAW shoot) in different folders with CO 4.8. This might not be your (preferred) workflow, but prevents problems later on.
