Thanks Ian! That is a great idea. I didn't have to do that as the download time when from vacillating between 1-2 hours to 15 minutes. I am now up and running.

Is it possible to make a copy of C1 Pro 10...
And install it on a second computer rather than download it afresh from the server? I have a license for three seats and this will be only my second installation. I only ask because for some reason...

Paul I've now checked and repaired my disk permissions but nothing seemed directly connected to C1. My next step is to uninstall Capture 1, reinstall, and tell it I am a new user.

I suspect that what will solve the issue is a completely fresh installation rather than an update.
