From my experience 6.4.2 works flawlessly with 5dmkii on all OS X version that I have (10.6.8, 10.7.5 and 10.8.2).

Please no!Capture One was and always will be for me the best CAPTURING software, hence the name Capture One. The last thing I'd like to see is Capture One becoming a bloatware such as Lightroom.

The problem appears to be connected to OpenCL somehow. Disabling OpenCL in preferences solved the problem. I hope this gets sorted out since I've found other users on the net complaining about 5dmk...
