Agree C1 upgrades are too expensive. Only saving grace this time is that HDR and Panos will be a very big plus for many users as opposed to the almost incremental v20 to v21 upgrade.

You could try logging into your C1 online account and deactivate anything listed there. Start up C1 and reactivate on the computer.

Not much help but I downloaded both your files and yes one can be imported but not the other.Also not much help, my own LR HDRs and Panos import ok.

Maybe they could change the progress wording to "Deleting image and ancillary files......"to avoid stressing out first time users.
