Try signing into your C1 account. Go to My Activities - My Requests (account icon top right). Click on your case if it is listed and there should be a text box to send them a further comment.

Pretty sure there is now only one C1 download file available and it contains all versions. When you start installation it will ask you which version you want to install.

Have you checked Global Filters where you show/hide based on extension ie RAW, Jpeg tiff etc.

Pretty sure you cannot change text or background color of the tools or browser. Compared to default Lightroom, I find C1's text is a little bit brighter. ??

No issue her with 20 04 but there was none either with 20 02 or 20 03.

In C1 preferences, in the Image tab there is an option to enable or disable JPEG editing. Could be turned off there?

Try closing it in the Task Bar (Close Window) and opening it from the Start Menu. Make sure version 20.0.4 is listed there in the Start Menu.
