Update - tried all suggestions i could find. Deleted 13.1 and reinstalled 13.04 - back in business. Will wait for an update and lesson learned - will install on a back up machine to test next time.

Low resolution previews
I just upgraded to 13.1 today (2020-5-21). Now, all images from previous sessions apprar as low resolution when viewed individually, and in fact look like a lower resolution than the thumbnails in ...
