I have found this problem too and find the only soluction is to drag the entire crop selection upwards so the the bottom edge is in position and then drag down the top edge.

MS ICE works well at stitching RAW files and can save a 16-bit TIF for editng in C1.

Indeed you can but if I select Browse and select programme A to run, it runs OK but if, at a later time, I choose Edit With again but select Browse to be able select programme B, programme A is not...

So far only C1 seens to have been affected in this way although the Windows 10 update did remove Speccy and said Blurity would not work - it does!
