Hi,Go to the settings in your printer driver and set the following :Change the color density to -15 for PLP en -20 for Gloss.This will probably solve it.

Same problem here, except with me the canon software does work. It's only capture one that doesn't on my old MPB, MacPro it does work flawless, must be something with the new sandy bridge.
