OkSo fiddling some more I tried a second search criteria using "Smaller" That is does the trick. I just didn't register "Smaller" the same as "less than". Might be a good idea to use similar lang...

Creating folders by image date gets my vote also. I have to import pics using Canon's software to save them by file date.
