I found a similar issue when deleting files, which is actually moving files to the trash folder. The settings file, .cos, isn't moving with the raws, but is staying in the original settings folder....

It did install fine. A quick look shows that the pink line at the bottom of my G12 images are gone. Thanks!

I also am unsure about the question, but wonder if it's a matter of viewing the mask. If so, try right-clicking the mask tool and choosing "Always Display Mask" or press "M" as a keyboard shortcut.

If you're really curious, open a settings file (*.cos) into a text editor and take a look. Use caution if you want to make changes directly.
