    That seems to have done the trick, as long as I select all adjustments on both the copy and apply optionThanks

    Done that Makes no difference ,the processed image is still a gray version of the original ,I have just made a screen grab to send to support but support is broken

    I am also having trouble starting up C4 ,it worked once ,then after restarting it crashed in the process of loading files ,so after ditching all the preferences and other stuff I restarted it tried...

    my experience has been the same , I have just spent 20mins processing three frames, the software has crashed at least 16 times in the last 3 days, this is not a pro program and had it not been that...

    How do I do that ,I have gone to the preferences in capture one and reset the processing option but that is all I can see
