I am having the same problem! both batch renaming and manually/individually renaming files mess up with the preview. Sometimes both thumbnail and preview are wrong and sometimes thumbnail is correc...

3. IIQ not processing to correct size Tiff

Update....'Importing' worked when I was posting the topic. Now it's not working either......!! Keep getting 219 kb un-openable 'tif'!!
