Will d/lding the trial version work as the install file? - or is there a location to redownload the proper install file

I'm pretty sure that I've reset the tools as in the second picture - The issue is more that COP no longer seems to be recognising image files properly - see this pic - both the .CR2 and .jpg files...

No longer importing images properly?
Prog crashed 1/2way through an import due to accidental disconnection of HDD and following the crash I no longer seem to be able to import images properly It only imports via click and drag into CO...

for Canon pls though no doubt nikon users would want the same support - apparently same glass so you might be able to cover both platforms at once 😊

you should have a free upgrade (I did at least) - go to preferences-> updates. Then click the version 7 for the link - after that, I'm not sure - I'm still downloading it 😊

Supported Lenses (lens correction)
Any plans to add support for zeiss lenses? 😊 It doesnt seem to be there in the lens correction videoAs a side note - very happy to discover that I'd a free upgrade to version 7 as had only purchase...
