    So I figured out the problem... As it happens the account page was prepending 3 additional characters to my license number. I simply copy and pasted this number in and the program took a non grace...

    Anyone else having issues with Phase1's activation process??No joy getting the thing to even ATTEMPT to activate... as soon as I enter my key, the dialog box simply greys out the activate button. ...

    I have the same problem.I've updated to 4.1 (had 4.01 before) and it's now asking for my license code. I enter the one I have registered to me and the activate button greys out instantly.Joy...
