I don't have any problems with editing the files from the 1DX, it's just tethered shooting with Windows 8. I am able to shoot tethered on a MBP so all is well for the time being!

1Dx not recognized
Just updated to version 7 on Windows and Mac and neither will recognize my 1Dx. I can't find any info on the problem. Does anyone here have suggestions on what it takes to get the camera connected?...
