On my computer those files with the eye in the corner are jpeg or tiff files. Can't process those with 4.0. I figure you already knew that. ๐ Are your files on a remote drive?

I have never waited longer than 12 hours for a response to a support case I opened. ( I did have to white list them in my email filter )
