    I can log in, see my account, but when I try to create a support case it says that no product is registered in my name. When I try to register a product the only options are hardware options.

    I tried again - but no luck. Also it seems one cannot create a support case without activation ??I previously used version 3LE but deregistered as I thought this could be a problem - this also did ...
