I have since resolved the issue. I upgraded from COP 4.5 to 4.7 and shot tethered successfully yesterday with no problem. Thanks!

Tethering Nikon D700 with Apple Macbook Pro
I've been having difficult time setting up Nikon D700 to shoot tethered to Macbook Pro. Need help with step-by-step instructions, please. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
