    14.56 x 9.68 is a 3:2 ratio, so why don't you leave it as is and then do your batch resize?Why add another step if you don't have to?

    Thanks, I think that is the issue as to why my files won't work.I notice the raw files are saved with the ".tif" suffix. Is this normal, or do I have a preference set improperly?

    I'm exporting as a TIFF and all I'm getting is the 1.3MB file.
