When I select by and try to export jpeg recipes, I get a non-descript error message "cannot export current selection" and nothing is exported WOM - write-only memory???

Problem solved, see tech article Clearing the Camera Driver cache on macOS probably helped. I also set Image Capture so that connecting the camera launches Capture One. Thanks!
