I show 1 activation remaining for C1 express and 2 activation remaining for C1 pro. When I reset all activations under either express or pro nothing happens. I may try another uninstall/install.

Loss of the pro features in Capture one 20 fuji
I no longer have the pro features in c1 pro. I have submitted a request but have not heard from them in a few days. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but it retains the c1 express features....
