I also just tried downgrading to Capture One 15.1.0.123 and creating a new catalog to test. However, the issue was still present with the DNG's produced by DXOPureRaw and ON1 NoNoise AI.

Thanks Laurent and Kassur -  I tried re-importing and re-processing, as well as changing the white balance. No luck unfortunately!
