@ Ian: Sorry, I was in the wrong department :) I was answering you regarding the other thread "Images can no longer be edited on the external hard drive". There is still no solution.

Yes, downgrading is a problem. I have also issues and cannot downgrade. I think moving to Lightroom but I am afraid that I would lose all the adjustments on C1.

I think it is. C1 worked with that. But something might have changed. I tried installing C1 again but with no success.

Thanks for the answer. Photoshop can use the files on the RAID. C1 can ony read and print. What is the possibilty to check Capture Ones permisson?
