I've had the same issue and had to go back to CO 21. I'm running an Apple M1 Max laptop, it's unlike Capture One to have a bug!

Hi I'm finding exactly the same. I ungraded last night and it told my licence wasn't valid, I'm on a Mac M1 Max using the latest software. It locked me out so I've gone back to the previous version...
