I believe 15.3.3 and 15.4.0 cannot find Framework 6.0 ( I got it directly from microsoft and installed it). 15.3.3 and 15.4.0 didn't start either. Both version must have an mistake, 15.3.0 runs !

I've had the same problem. I've downloades an older version (15.2.2),installed this one (overwrites the 15.4.0), and after that Capture one works. Must be a mistake of Frameworks, 15.3.3 and 15.4.0...
