Hello Ivan, I resolved it by creating the import folder manually.... I don't seem to have this problem any more though. I am using Ventura 13.1 Hope this helps. Cheers!

Capture One 21 "Can't create import folder" with Monterey update. I've updated Capture One to 14.4.1.16 still no joy... Help please...! Thanks a lot...
