Which Computer?

Just got my link to download Capture One, I know that it can work on one computer but does that mean one desktop and one laptop as some software allows?  If only one computer, then what do I do if I get a new computer or need to take on location to tether?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

  Capture One's online guides are actually really good, and very thorough - I'd estimate that maybe 90% of the recurring posts on this forum would be unnecessary if people were just to read the guidance.
