Capture One 23 keeps asking for activation key on initial start up of program
When starting CAPTURE ONE 23 from start up it asks for activation key code and does not seem to recognize its submission on the next complete start up. It should not have to be done over and over. What is the solution? It is the new activation code.

I have the same question. This is really irritating! I have deactivated my licence on my old Mac and on the new mac I need to login again and again.
I really hope there is a working solution?!?

Worked twice this morning with no problems. Just tried and I have to login to the web and then activate with serial number. This is a perpetual licence, though whether that makes any difference, I don't know. Clearly none of the 'over 250,000 users" know and CO do not seem interested in much these days.
